Decided to learn the guitar to encourage my grandson. Both Liam and Tom are great teachers and make easy and importantly enjoyable

I’ve now been a student at yamm Barnsley for around 18 months, It’s been a long time ambition to learn the electric guitar, nothing unusual about that you might think, we’ll I’m in my late 50s and thought maybe I’d missed my chance , but I decided to give it a go , so I looked on the internet for a local music school, I chose yamm, and a great choice it was , they are in a central location close to town centre , they have very modern private music rooms with modern equipment to teach whatever level you want to achieve, Liam and Tom both put me at ease when a first started, and have loads of patience, There rates are very reasonable considering the service they offer , There is also free on site parking. Wish I’d started this years ago, Give it a go, and try yamm Thanks yamm Steve

Superb tuition. My son needed lessons to pass an interview and in a short time they gave him the skills needed to do well and have really encouraged his musical develop… The tutorials as heavily one to one and tailored to his needs, highly recommended…

We've been enjoying guitar lessons from YAMM for the last 12 months and have nothing but praise. Excellent quality of tuition, targeted at the right speed and level for development, very patient and encouraging too. Definitely recommend if you are looking for lessons.

My daughter has been coming for guitar lessons here for a couple of years and loves it. Her teacher, Tom, is always really engaging and encouraging and has brought her on loads. Would definitely recommend them.
