Holiday Inn Basingstoke, an IHG Hotel

Rooms are dated could do with upgrade but have what need bar a fridge and plug near bed but staff was brilliant on arrival and over both days, young daughter decided to travel last minute but easily accommodated this two singles were issued, nice location easy reach of park and town would use again

Appreciate Holiday Inn Basingstoke team. good service in all manner. Especially reception staff was very polite. Event coordinator Jeffrey helped me for my business plans and other guidance. Hope to come there again.

We joined our family for breakfast. We didn't stay overnight, so we can't comment on the rooms. The restaurant was clean and tidy although looking a little tired. The breakfast was OK with a reasonable amount of choice. The various meat choices were dry and past their best, having rested at the counter for some time. We expected better for the price.

Honestly one of the most attentive staff team we’ve experienced at our stay here. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including the children. Breakfast selection was excellent. Would recommend.
