I recently went to the Backcare and Acupuncture Sutton Coldfield Clinic, and the experience was incredible. Daniela and her team are super skilled and friendly, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at ease. They offer personalised treatments that really helped my back pain, and I left feeling way better. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of some TLC for their back and overall well-being.

I originally responded to an offer on Facebook for a consultation and treatment. I was assigned to Daniella who set a treatment plan to improve my posture and reduce pain in my back. Daniela has been fantastic! Helpful, informative and efficient in manipulating and massaging my back, neck and shoulders and painlessly performing acupuncture. As a result, my posture and movement have improved, my back/ shoulder pain has reduced and I feel that I am walking taller! Thank you Danielle for your advice and professionalism.

I had ordered a groupon voucher for a sports massage for 50 minutes and 10 minute consultation. It was the first time I came to the clinic and the lady who did the sports massage gave me a consultation at the start. She listened and then acted on those areas but this only lasted about 30 minutes when it was suppose to be a 50 minute massage. After the massage she then decided to have a chat again but this time about booking another slot with her, she said I would get more time next time which put me off as she wasn't willing to give the full time in that appointment and it seemed it was all about the booking and money for returning customers. If I booked another massage I would be having a 30minute massage rather than my money's worth! My friend also booked this groupon and said she also received 30minutes and thought it was a waste of her money. I wouldn't recommend.

I had a long term shoulder injury which Johnathan assessed and created a plan for. Throughout the treatment Johnathan tried different methods to find what worked and always made sure I was comfortable. By the end of the treatment, I am mostly pain free and have been given a range of exercises to sustain and strengthen my my shoulder. Through referral Johnathan has treated a few of my family members and we have all felt that he & the staff at the clinic were always kind, helpful and greeted us with a smile.
