Superb service, friendly and completely unexpected extras when the quilt we had washed was collected. Even discovered they do alterations when needed. Plus all done in quick time, definitely needs to be on the list of important places in West Heath.

Great service and friendly staff. Been a few times most recently to drop my wedding dress off and they did an amazing job at cleaning it following a very muddy rainy photoshoot. They do 20% off NHS which is very much appreciated. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

After an extensive search of Google for a dry cleaners, who could clean a heavily crystalised and embroidered dress, came across Crystal care cleaners. Upon walking into the store was warmly greeted by a gentleman who was attentive. Collected the dress a few hours later and honestly it was better than new, price I thought was also reasonable.

I had my wedding dress cleaned at Crystal Care and the service is amazing and they done an amazing job! The photos were taken before the final clean and it was boxed up in a lovely box with the veil. My dress was pretty filthy and stained with fake tan etc and it now looks brand new! Wonderful family business with such nice personal customer service. I will definitely use Crystal Care again!

This is the best Dry cleaners I've been to, all of my suits and families clothes come back clean with all those tough stains gone. Everyone is super friendly and the customer service is second to none. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a well priced dry cleaners.
