HRS Family Law Solicitors

I went to the bearwood office today and the service was excellent 👌 👍 the solicitor explained to me very well for me to understand my position and how they can help me with my case I showed all my paper work and the solicitor spent time to read and give me time to explain my self .just by doing that give me confidence that I would love for them to take up my case and Tuesday I will bring the first instrument. I am a happy man with the service. I would recommend any one to use HRS FAMILY LAW SOLICITORS ANY TIME. THANKS AGAIN KENNETH.

Disgusting law firm! DO NOT USE! The attitude of the staff from reception to solicitor is appalling! They will take your money & then treat you like you do not exist! They dont reply to emails once you have paid & don’t have the decency to keep you updated with whats going on! I had a solicitor there who decided to leave mid case & nobody bothered to tell me after countless emails & calls, when i finally got through they said they will re assign me & even now they haven’t bothered to call or email to keep updated. Shocking law firm. I repeat DO NOT USE!!!

Use caution. I've dealt with quite a few Solicitors over the past few years; they were always on point and up front. Professional to the end. I can't say the same for HRS. I feel "played". Not to mention, let down, hurt and disappointed. Lackluster service has left me hanging. Do not recommend. Complaints will be made. EDIT - Literally the worst Solicitors I've ever dealt with. Rude, lazy and apathetic. Especially Nicole Burge and Abby Horton. They will expect you to do all the legal work yourself whilst they go on holiday. I was spoken to like a trainee or office junior multiple times. DO NOT USE

I cannot recommend this company enough, any contact I have had with them has been handled professionally and with great care. Although for me what made my difficult journey easier was the professionalism and honesty of my solicitor Parvinder Hammonds. I honestly don’t think I could put into words how amazing she is at what she does. If you want someone who listens to you and makes you feel heard as well as being 100% honest with you and guiding you in the right direction then this is the woman you want representing you. Thank you so much for everything, I could not have done this journey without you.

Was referred however service was very slow. Didn’t get a response to a simple email for 8 days. After continuously contacting the office i was spoke to the caseworker.
