What a service delivery my fence panel on time great service thank you even put it the garden..

Ordered over the internet.Followed delivery instructions ok.Could do with a bit better communication regarding delivery ,but overall satisfied with quality of the panels and posts.

Ordered some dark oak fences from them which looked awful, low quality. Their customer support was really helpful and ordered replacements in a different colour. Delivery was prompt. However, the quality overall of the fences is low compared to ones I ordered from Wickes 18 months ago, and I don't expect that the A&P fences will last long. I heard through the grapevine that lower quality materials are being used now by A&P, which makes sense given my experience.

Placed my order over a week ago. No confirmation. No slabs have arrived even when they were meant to… how am I meant to finish my patio when they can’t even send my order

Placed a large order yesterday morning, we live 18 miles away from the depo! 24 hours later the delivery driver was knocking my door. Matt (delivery driver) was very professional, friendly and helpful. Honestly I can't rate this company enough, and I'll definitely be returning in the future when we need more materials. A+ service, and best prices round too. Thank you so much!
