Saturday night, 8.35pm. We asked for s table for 3 and were seated but told the kitchen closed at9p. So we had to order ASAP. Were given menus then noone came back till eventually we flagged a member of staff from another area (the restaurant had about 5 tables occupied so not busy). At this point it was 8.55. Orders were taken, including dessert. Starters brought, then plates left for over 30 min. Main course brought, eventually starter tables cleared. Main course plates left for over 1 hour! Staff cleaned the restaurant, never asked us if we needed anything such as drinks etc, never brought the final course. Eventually we moved our own plates and cleared our own table!!! When finally catching someone's attention reminding them about dessert, we were asked if we had ordered it. Yes, 2 hours ago!!!! Then we were brought the wrong dessert, which we said we didn't order and the waitress looked just puzzled. At this point it was nearly 11pm. Almost all staff had left, we sat alone in the whole restaurant and could have just walked out without paying. When eventually someone appeared from a back room and we asked for the nill they had the cheek to add service charge! Completely over priced food and zero service. We will certainly never be coming back, no wonder places close if this is their attitude towards paying customers! You would get better service at one of the Karen restaurants!!!!

I had the "Fish Niscoise" from the lunchtime special menu, only £10! It was absolutely delicious. The poached egg was cooked to perfection.

First time eating here . Had the Sunday fixed 3 course deal. From the start staff was very welcoming and polite. I had the beef dinner as my main which you get the choice on how would like the beef cooked. All in all the food was amazing the staff was great . A great place to eat would highly recommend .

Food was very average. To start the wine wasn't opened or poured just put on the table! Starter chicken liver parfait was served with three tiny pieces of bread far to much parfait not enough bread! The main , Vegetables were over cooked and not trimmed properly the chicken was dry and tasteless. My partners steak was full of gristle and over cooked . We didn't bother with desserts as main and the starter were bad enough. The waiting staff require training! Certainly not worth £110.00 !!!

We came here for our 5th anniversary food was delicious and service was great Paris our server couldn't have been more helpfull would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. (Update came back for my 30th birthday was still as fantastic as I remember it )
