The technician A F who carried out the service was meticulous . Checking everything on the list, comparing findings to previous services and explained everything to me. Brilliant

I can't thank them enough. I left a message on the answerphone the night before at around 20.45 and the following day I got a call from Jordan at around 8.30 a.m. Adam arrived shortly afterwards to deal with the problem (which I must say was of my own making!) Adam sorted the problem and talked me through what he had done. Both Adam and Jordan are very professional and a delight to deal with. I have used AB Plumbing and heating before and as with this visit I have absolutely no complaints. They are my go to company for plumbing repairs and installation. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We used AB Plumbing & Heating to remove 2 rads and found engineer to be efficient and personable. Communication via Jordan was helpful and easy. Hope to use again when we’re in a position to replace boiler & rads.

Had a new boiler installed plus thermostat and 6 new thermostatic radiator valves. Can't fault any of the service received from Adam and his team. Jordan was so helpful answering our initial enquiry and booked in an appt for Adam to come out. Adam took time to go through all our options, patiently answering the questions we had and following his visit he promptly sent us a quote listing the cost breakdown of everything. We were more than happy with his quote and booked the job in. On the day Shane came to do the job. He was prompt, efficient and very polite. The job was done with no mess left behind. An excellent service from start to finish can't recommend AB Plumbing & Heating highly enough!

Shane is an excellent engineer. He provides good advice and technical explanations. He is attentive to detail and his work is clean and tidy.
