Tom and Josh turned up on time everyday and worked really well. Replacing two valleys, replacing cracked tiles along the way, lead flashing to the front and rear of the house, removing and re seating all the ridge tiles. Very happy with the quality of the work, tidied up after themselves every day and were very polite. If I need more work doing I will be contacting S&S again. I might get more biscuits next time though. Great job guys 👏

Replacing a complete roof and removing a chimney breast can be a very stressful time for anyone but Ben and his professional team of builders and roofers made it a much easier process than I had expected. They worked hard through very extreme weather conditions to ensure that the house was always water-tight and made time to show me photos of their progress most days. They were happy to answer all my questions and explained the process in detail. I would be happy to recommend S&S to anyone. I found everyone involved to be polite, friendly and very hard-working.

Josh and his team did an excellent job for me back in October. I had a serious leak in the roof of a house that I had recently purchased. The team were swift in dealing with the issue and answering all questions that I had. Now the room has been re-plastered and will soon be decorated, and I can get a move on with the full home renovation works!

I recently had an experience with this roofing company, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. In my particular case, I had a leaking flat roof near my skylight, and I reached out to them to come and investigate the issue. They informed me that it was not possible to locate the source of the leak, and recommended that I have the entire area's isolation renewed, without mentioning anything about replacing the skylight. As I am not knowledgeable about roofs, I trusted their recommendation and agreed to have the roof replaced with new material, with a 10-year warranty even if it leaked a single drop. However, after the first heavy rain, my roof began to leak again in different areas, causing significant water damage to my ceiling. I made countless calls and emails to the company to resolve the issue, but despite their efforts, the problem persisted. They eventually offered to replace the skylight with a smaller one at a similar cost to what I had initially paid, but as I had lost trust in their abilities and did not want to pay again for a service that did not resolve the issue, I requested a partial refund only one-third of the initial payment, as their work not only failed to fix anything, but it made the situation worse than before. However, they even refused to refund me and instead insisted on giving me a second quote. Additionally, it was difficult to reach them, as it often took multiple calls just to receive a simple reply. As a result, we were really proactive during this process but couldn't see the same approach from them. I cannot recommend this company's services. Instead, I found a different roofer who was able to completely fix my problems at half the cost. Don't trust their warranty stories.
