Friendly, helpful staff but not that knowledgeable about their own products. I asked to try on what I wanted, they bought them out, I tried them on, beautiful shoes! I asked a few questions about them but they couldn't answer them without clearly making stuff up and contradicting information on their own website. Based on their responses and the uncomfortable fit, the sales staff seemed desperate to sell me something which clearly didn't meet the brief I gave them, or match the style of what I'd already tried on.

Great experience from telephone conversations prior to arrival. It seems to be a rare thing nowadays to get great customer service but the staff on hand this day delivered just that. Dressed very smart very helpful and made my friends and myself welcome. The boots I had chosen Islay were even better in person they are pure quality. I look forward to another visit to this shop in the future.
