My wife and I visited as she wanted to get fitted for some new running shoes and after reading the reviews, I thought that here would be ideal. The gait analysis was quite short and not very in depth and I’m not sure whether it was an inexperienced customer service advisor or just a lack of communication skills but my wife was told that she required a “standard” pair of running shoes… No recommendations, no advice, no real service. My wife even asked, “so, I could just buy a standard pair of running trainers from anywhere”? And the server didn’t really know what to say. All in all, we were both really disappointed and won’t be heading back in a hurry.
