I've been with them for an unintended 3 years now and they have always looked after me and always had my best interest Luke and Paul are absolutely amazing and an asset to the company they've supported me and accommodated all my needs. They may be a little pricy compared to other competitors but let me say its money well spent you can leave your items with the peace of mind knowing your items are safe and secure!

Whilst I'm sure the storage is lovely, the need to try and gouge additional fees from renters is Ryanairesque in its approach. The booking agent insisted on seeing not just our insurance policy but the detailed schedules, claiming we weren't covered and would need to buy their cover. This despite me not needing or wanting to insure my student daughters second hand duvet against damage or theft. If your business model relies on squeezing cash from stressed people, it's not a good industry to be in. Storage should be straight forward, yet seems massively complicated by sneaky requirements and fees.

Chris wing handled opening our account exceptionally well, the service he provided throughout our tour and introduction was unmatched. Top bloke. Would recommend big yellow. Super easy, super convenient and very affordable.
