Great shop that do lots of lovely cakes for good price.

Picked up my daughters birthday cake, she loved it. Really nice chocolate sponge cake with vanilla cream.

Bought baclava on eid was told it was freshly made. Was very dry and stale. Went back to ask for a partial refund and they refused to take it back and refused to accept it wasnt up to standard. Very Poor customer service.

Follow on review from my experience at the Rochdale and Blackburn branch. Ordered a cake at the Rochdale branch at short notice for the very next day. As we was travelling for a short while did not want to travel with the cake so was told I could order at the Rochdale branch and get it delivered for pick up at the Blackburn store. Really good recommendation from the staff as it saved us all the hassle and worry of transporting it ourself. When we did arrive to pick up the staff was very quick and helpful in getting us our cake making sure it was to our liking and then we was on our way. The store itself is clean and tidy as well as being fully stocked with all sorts of sweets and cakes brightening up this store. Would recommend to anyone including all my family and friends.

I’m a regular customer- visiting minimum Once a month to buy stuff, first of all Their products are tasty. I gave 1star for Service, in Blackburn store. I’m going regularly, until now I didn’t receive any friendly staffs, they treat customers like second class citizens. Today I went to buy my daughters birthday cake,same experience. I thought to leave a feedback- To rectify their treatment towards customers,or owners can see it and put Some nice welcoming staff to the store.
