On Wednesday 26th July I had a problem with the headset/top cap in my e-bike, I rang the shop and was told no problem fetch it round and we’ll sort I got a new top cap and bolt which the young fella fit on for me and also tightened the headset up not a big job for someone who knows what they’re doing but when you don’t know well…. Anyway many many thanks to the shop and the young fella whose name I didn’t get, as carlsberg once said …. If only all shops were like this

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, Chris carried out a silver service on my newish Giant electric road bike and my not so newish Scott 29er that I'd bought there many years before, very impressed with the way Chris called me prior to commencing any work to talk me through the additional work that needed doing in advance and let me know how much it would cost. Both bikes came back looking fab and I'll definitely take my bikes in for future servicing and repairs. Whilst I was in collecting my first bike from its service John ended up selling me a brand new Giant Talon 1 29er, I didn't go there with the intention of buying a new bike but I was like a kid in a sweet shop and simply couldn't resist, I'm now looking forward to my latest bike arriving :-) Well done guys, keep up the good work.

I recently bought a Bike, fell off an broke it, silly me. After a few phone calls around some local bike shops Giant Blackburn/On Yer Bike were so helpful! They got me back up and running again so quickly, explained everything and more to me. After that been back for tubeless set up, bought my partner a bike also from them. The service and help is amazing! I've even attended one of their events on how to change tubes fix punctures. Honestly, love how helpful the team are here. No question is stupid and I've asked plenty 😂 thank you! Sure I'll be back again for something else soon!

What a great bike shop! The shop front lads were really helpful and knew what they were talking about. The mechanic who worked on my bike was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend. Can't thank the lads enough. Great service!
