I used iCONQUER while working for a company called UK Property Finance. They were our web and SEO agency. I can safely say that having spent 25+ years in the business, iCONQUER are far and away the worst web agency I have ever come across and contributed to me leaving UKPF. When I arrived at UKPF, their main website had lost 90% of its traffic in the 2 years prior to my arrival thanks to the SEO 'skills' of iCONQUER. The website's functionality was appalling and nothing worked. All the forms had issues, the site was ugly and user-unfriendly. The first thing I wanted to do when I came to UKPF was to put lead pop-ups on their main 2 websites. iCONQUER took 6 weeks to do this, they didn't work properly, stopped people viewing the sites, cost us money and had to eventually be removed. During the 5 months I worked at UKPF, I experienced the same pattern with iCONQUER when it came to site maintenance and repair. Something would go wrong, we would tell them, they would say they would look into it, we would chase them up 5-10 times, eventually they would try some bodged repair, it wouldn't work properly and often they would break something else in the process, then the whole cycle would repeat. I have never seen such a level of professional incompetence before in my life. The project manager we had was pleasant but took far too long to get most things done. His manager is arrogant and rude and thinks he knows everything and nothing is ever his company's fault. If you want a decent website that looks and works well and has consistently good SEO, I suggest you find any other company but iCONQUER. Edit - why lie and say I wasn't a client? I worked with you every day for 5 months and have many of your emails still as proof. Also it's funny how you haven't had any Trustpilot reviews since 2018 and suddenly after my review you have 3 good ones in 24 hours... Wonder where they came from?!
