I cannot thank Julie enough for all of her hard work in selling our property. Her professionalism and work ethic are seriously commendable. Not only did she bend over backwards to help us sell our house, right from the very beginning she was open and honest and communicated with us through every step of the process. She was friendly and approachable, and her work speaks for itself. The house photos were brilliant and really showcased the house in the best way possible, and we were kept informed of viewings and offers on the property. Even the way the property was showcased to potential buyers was excellent, and Julie pointed out all of the details and clearly invested time getting to understand the property and it’s features. Strong NOT recommend renting! In the beginning, Julie was a so kind and friendly act However, it will soon change when there are issues she wants to avoid despite it being her real job. When I received the keys and the house was filthy. I haven't received the EICR. All her promises weren't kept. It takes days/weeks to respond. ignore all work to be done. The agency hasn't done any inventory check and after trying to charge for things that are not in your lease. The only way to get any movement from Julie was to involve Housing standards. Once she was notified, her agressive behaviour made me decide to leave the property If you want to see her bad attitude on display when she doesn't get her way, just look at her responses to negative reviews. She doesn't accept that she might be in the wrong, just the same attitude you'll encounter when you try to ask her to do something.
