Jay is an amazing, hard working and customer centric person. It’s so hard today to find a honest and reputable tradesperson, Jay epitomises this. He was honest reliable, friendly and kept his word all the time. I cannot recommend him enough, he came to our caravan after a leak from the frost, created a solution while we waited for a part, made sure no further damage was done. Our little happy home is now fully working again thanks to Jay and he helped my mother in law with her situation after she was told by another plumber she needed a new boiler. They just couldn’t be bothered, but then Jay stepped in wouldn’t be beat and fixed the boiler with new parts, and saved her tons of money by him being honest. Thank you Jay, I wish more tradesmen were like you, great person, great business don’t think about it, just book Jay!!

A positive experience from the first contact. Was able to secure an air con unit at a good price long before my house was ready for installation. Unit looks really good quality with a neat and tidy installation.

From first ('phone) contact with Hayley to completion of the job, this company were highly professional yet very approachable, helpful and friendly. A full chemical/power flush was carried out and the process fully explained in detail as they went along. Jay and Brandon were very considerate of my home, ensuring the carpets were fully protected before starting the job and they left the place spick and span. I can highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The only thing that could've improved the experience, was if I'd met Dexter but I think he was busy collecting the post! Thank you.
