Great guys in the shop, popped and was helped out. Along with a friendly chat and even some tips on good eating places for my bike packing trip. Highly recommend if you value service.

Went to get my bike fixed as it had a flat. I asked to get new tyres as I didn't want to get a flat in future. When u picked up the bike it wasnt made clear to me until after payment that the price of £45 was for only 1 tyre, not 2, to which I was told you couldn't find 2 tyres for that price. Quick look online and you can definitely find tyres for that price. Good shop but a bit if a disappointing experience

Always a welcoming pleasure going into Trek Bristol. Reminds me of the home store in Wisconsin, US! Whether it's a sporting chat about rides past & future, drooling over new models, helping with a technical issue I can't wrench for myself, or giving me tips on trails & events, the staff are friendly, sociable, and always go beyond what I'd expect. Just recently needed a BB bracket bearing replaced but don't have a press of my own. The mechanic also sorted some creaks and groans I've long since accepted as "old bike" noises, and gave me some pointers on how to solve those issues myself... Getting back such a smooth & quiet ride is kinda like new bike day!

Fantastic service today. Had a problem with my front derailleur that turned out to be a fraying cable. To get me back on the road, the mechanic swapped out the inner cable (at my request) then and there to get me back on the road. While I do need to get the cable outers sorted at some point, at least I can ride for a few weeks between now and getting the chance to sort them out. I definitely appreciate that the cable swap wasn't as smooth as it could have been because the cable outer was in such bad shape. Absolutely top job.

Thanks for the fantastic guidance from the Trek Bristol team in particular Jan who went above and beyond with his advice and support. Having now clocked 100miles, I can report the new bike it has worked flawlessly. Big credit to the technician responsible for its precision build.
