Again I've had an excellent professional service from Mark, Laura & Jade. Everything went smoothly from start to finish online with no issues. Myself and family having used Henriques Griffiths and I would recommend them for any of their services

This is the second time I have used henriques griffiths I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service I have recieved. The first time I used them laura Bernard was fantastic! Replied to emails within a short window, support me through the buying out of a property and purchase of another. No question was too much trouble and very approachable. Well this time round I wanted Laura to do my sell and purchase but she didn't cover sharedownership anymore and passed me to lois reed and Emma Clarkson who at first were alright and processed the starting blocks very quickly and replied within a short window. As time as go on they have gotten worse and I recently they seem to be moving atsnails pace for no reason whatsoever, I'm getting told off for contacting them too much (bare in mind only reason I'm contacting regularly is the lack of communication is now 2-3 days for a simple question or just reassurance) there has been delays with my purchase to no fault of the sellers fault, it was all due to mismanagement and not asking for the last bits of information a week before we can exchange. There has been no support for my mental health or stress levels. Most of the I have had to contact Livewest, management company and Platform housing to chase enquiries or outstanding work that needs doing. As they have just left the enquiries in the mind set of " they will reply when they reply" attitude. My exchange completion date was the 21st June 2023 which has been and gone and still not exchanged to this day. There is no sense of urgency with them. And now nearly 3 weeks of this deadline there is no confirmation of exchange or completion date as they are waiting for sellers solicitor to have all the signed documents which could of been sent to them last week. Sorry to ramble!! I am highly annoyed, disappointed and disgusting with the way this whole situation has played out. I am left hopeless as I can't do anything. Furthermore I can 100% confirm I will not be going to henriques griffiths again with any enquiries or sell/purchase related information. As they have been useless and have left me and the buyer feel annoyed, angry. I will be going elsewhere next time! Good luck looking after your clients in the future! Your not getting anymore future payments from me and please look at how your solicitors support or deal with their clients in the future.

I've had awful experiences with conveyancers in the past, so I did my due diligence in finding one with good reviews. Henriques Griffiths did not disappoint! Lois and Emma managed my purchase process, and they were fantastic. Responded within 24 hours, answered every question and in some cases, even chased me! This was the smoothest, most stress-free purchase process I've encountered. Would highly recommend.

I had a couple of different needs for legal help and rang to see if I could pop in to the office to meet one or more staff members and get a feel for the firm and how they work. The person I spoke to simply told me that they don't offer that. When I queried which bit she meant they didn't offer, she said that the staff don't meet people in person. I have found another firm that was immediately much more welcoming.

Laura and Jade managed our sale and purchase very well. They kept us informed throughout and despite various issues which arose on the sale and the purchase, they supported and advised us on how to deal with the issues whilst still managing to remain within the timescale required. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
