Please do not go ANYWHERE else for glasses if you can! All frames (which they design themselves) are £120 with anti-glare and scratch resistant coating, and have a pair for every style you can think of. But that's just the start of it. The level of service is something I've never felt in any shop I've been to, not just opticians. It's like they live and breathe glasses - knowing exactly how they should fit, and which frames suit you well. I never knew thought about glasses in such a way. I love the new frames and every time I look in the mirror I think, "damn I'm good-looking". I went by myself so didn't have anyone to provide opinions, I asked Mike to help me out from three styles I chose. And by god did he choose right. They fit so perfectly to my face with style and all that no one even noticed I had new glasses!

Recently purchased spectacles here & had a really great experience. Everyone -from the optometrist to every one of the staff - were just wonderfully friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. I was pleased to find an interesting pair of glasses, thanks in particular to Phyllis. She was really great, assisting me with my request. Was looking for something striking & flattering & she has such a great attitude. She took out lenses from a pair of sunglasses for me, so I could see what they'd be like as opticals. No fuss - really happy to support me with my choices. Not fussing, just great. Thank you to all of you. And I'm happy to see your glasses are becoming more interesting.

Friendly, down-to-earth and welcoming staff every time I have visited. Their eye tests are performed well and the optometrists offer a good amount of additional information / tips to keep your eyes healthy. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything after the test, and they have a good range of frames.
