Took my Henry hoover in to repair the switch which was temperamental and the Hoover suction etc was all fine when returned the Hoover was weak and not near as powerful as before. He told me the motor was now gone (all of a sudden) and that I was just unlucky!? I asked elsewhere about this issue and they told me the motor had been changed (I had bought this Hoover brand new) it seems that he swapped my perfectly good motor for a faulty motor. He would not give me a refund unless he kept the Hoover. He eventually gave my money back after my husband gave him an earful. Stay away he will have the wool pulled over your eyes if he can.

I rang them because my washer was broken. Simon talked me through different washers l could purchase. I chose one and he arranged for it to be delivered, fitted and the old one taken away. All this was arranged in less than 30 minutes and l didn't even have to leave my chair!!! Simon was brilliant and all the stress of having to replace my broken washer was taken away by Simon at Belec services. 10 out of 10, l can't praise them enough. Well done and highly recommended. Absolutely great company. Had a power cut and after that my New World oven wasn't working. Rang them and told them what had happened and they just suggested switching the clock back on. I was unable to as the button dropped off years ago so he suggested something as simple as sticking a pen in the hole where it was. I eventually had to use a scissor blade but once I did that it came back on and the oven worked! Feel almost guilty that he gave me advice for free that saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend to everyone.

Took my Dyson in yesterday, Simon sorted the problem out and I had my hoover back fully functioning within 24 hours. Thanks Simon I really appreciated your quick repair.
