Absolutely amazing service! Had the exact mattress I wanted and delivered it within a couple of days!

Iv been using Den living for a number of years and they never fail to disappoint. Danny and his team truly know what they are talking about and they offer their product knowledge throughout the whole process from picking a style of furniture to the colour and the fabric. I personally would highly recommend anyone to use den living they are great value for money and always live up to their reputation. They always give a great service and I will continue to use their services for many more years to come 🙌👍

I hadn’t used Den Living before and after moving house I wanted a sofa of high quality and that was a bit different so I contacted them to talk through options. Danny was incredible, his customer service is second to none, I was invited to the Mill where we talked through ideas and he gave me plenty of options. I am delighted with my sofa and the entire experience, delivery was hassle free and I can’t wait to go back as I start to redesign my whole house. I will definitely be using Den Living from now on, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We were introduced to Dan through family and looking for a corner sofa for our new house. We had been shopping / looking around for a couple of months and nothing we had seen was ticking all the boxes in terms of size, value for money, material and colour. We went to the Mill to have a look and meet Dan, whilst there he took the time to explain the intricate details of what makes a good sofa, the options available (absolutely loads!) and we even took our dog Dave who was welcome! We ended up with a bespoke sofa that is absolutely perfect within 6 weeks start to finish and I literally have nothing but praise for the way he and the team dealt with us and the quality of the sofa we now have and love! Nice one Dan and the team.

A while ago I posted a review of Den Living, detailing the rather 'challenging' procedure I went through over a bespoke settee. The review has now been removed by myself. Allow me to explain why. On spotting my dissatisfaction expressed in the review, Den Living company owner Dan used some stealth-like skills to track me down and message me, pointing out his dissatisfaction with MY dissatisfaction and proposing a discussion, giving his mobile number in the process. It transpires that I managed to catch Den Living at the one point where communications were particularly difficult during a transition period and, once back to normal, Dan was immediately in touch to make amends. At no point did he try to excuse the hiccup I'd experienced and after discussing what could be done to rectify things, we agreed to have another run with an old chaise longue we have at home. We were invited to the premises and given free reign to choose fabrics. Once done, the item was collected on a Tuesday from our home, turned around in 4 days and back in our front room before the weekend. All under sensibly-handled Covid-compliant regs too. The work done renovating the frame, renewing the fabric, cushioned areas and the trim are second to none. In particular, the attention to detail in the trimmed areas and studding are much more craftsman-like than mass market. At several times during the process, I was telephoned with suggestions for minor amendments to improve the end look, all of which paid off. The finished item retains its old character while being given a new, colourful and tastefully finished lease of life. We're delighted with the final results and with the way the issue was dealt with. The old adage 'things sometimes go wrong but it's how they're dealt with that counts' comes into play here. Dan was genuinely concerned that a false start might damage the company's reputation and bent over backwards to correct that. He succeeded. My initial gut feeling that the company was genuine and produced quality work was correct. I'd happily recommend them for any bespoke furniture or contemporary restoration work. Their desire to fix this situation left me assured that the company does care about its customers and can turn out the quality work it promises. Highly recommended.
