Ian is an absolute angel. We were first time buyers so primarily Ian was amazing because he guided us through the whole way. We had two flats which fell through, and third time lucky. Ian had to apply for two mortgages for us as the first ran out due to the fall through and each time he made it super easy for us. The whole process was a year and Ian throughout the whole time answered our calls immediately or would ring back shortly after.
