real professionals who are friendly and know how to put a smile on your face. and they have convenient parking around the back that is great for people who have trouble walking far. the staff is great with younger kids (they have been my options since the age of 5) i whould recommend them to anyone

I feel it is well overdue for me to write a review for Lawrence and Harris. I have been a client of theirs since 1984, wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I took my son for his checks since he was of an age to be able to go. He is now 42 and has never been anywhere else. I think that says it all. I

Heard great things about this opticians and knew there'd be a wait to be seen, but booked an appointment with a 3 week wait. Come the morning of my appointment, about an hour before, I received a phone call to tell me that it had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. That's fine, things can't be helped, but the earliest they could reschedule me was in just over 2 weeks. The staff are really very friendly and the place has a nice atmosphere, but it's a bit of a shame that they can cancel in a moment's notice and not be a little more accommodating in the rescheduling of an appointment that they have cancelled. I've now booked an appointment elsewhere and unfortunately it isn't with a local small business that relies on repeat custom. Disappointed and dissatisfied.
