They were on time, very respectful and warm to my puppy too. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, cleaned everything just like I asked, and finished up on time. Will use their service again.

My brother and his family were coming back home from across the pond after a good few years of not visiting. He wanted to show his youngest our family house where we would spend our summer holidays as children and was hoping his little ones would enjoy a summer in it as much as we did back in the day. Sweet, but the thing was - that house hadn't been cleaned in years as we no longer had the time to visit and look after it. I had little time on my hands to get in a decent condition before they arrived, so I looked around for a window cleaning company. I liked uk window clean as they always turn up as promised and thats just what i needed.

We tried the company for a free clean and if we had been happy we planned to recommend the company to our neighbours that like us were about to move into the new properties. The clean was done has scheduled but because we had not been advised to close our window air vents prior to the clean we had lots of water on our inside window sills within the house, we also had one window that had been missed. My wife did contact the company afterwards but the response received was very unapologetic and defensive. Sufffice to say that we won't be recommending the company to the rest of the new build street and will be looking for what we would consider to be a 'traditional' window cleaner, with a view to recommendation to our neighbours if we're happy with the result.

1st window clean was okay, windows not perfect but okay and had not been cleaned for a while. second clean done in the rain and windows covered in water marks. Then no sign of the company, emailed to ask why they had not been back and they said that they had been on a day I was in and the windows had not been cleaned and no note had been left asking for payment. No amount of arguing would convince the company that they had not been and so I have no further business with them but ended up having to pay for a clean that did not happen. Avoid at all costs.
