Food was great, chefs did an amazing job, real good value for money as well. Georgia was super friendly and helpful, especially as this was our first time at a YO!, She made it clear and explained everything perfectly. What a great member to the team you have, I hope her excellent customer service gets recognized. Will definitely be back!

I used to love this place the foods always been great and it was simple to work. However the last time I went everything had changed entirely and they had a whole new system which was clearly difficult for both the customer and the workers to grasp because a lot of my food didn’t arrive and I kept having to ask where my food was . Go back to the only light system it worked so much better.

Happy to get a table with my partner. First time I'd been to a Yo! in 11 years! Happy to see a fair few vegan options. We'll be back soon!

Sad news. Great atmosphere, but the food and prices are a bit disappointing ):
I ordered a salmon and avocado hand-roll, it came on a plate with one side flat, almost like they gave me half of one.
I also ordered a large yakisoba and they started cooking for me. The dish ended up coming as a regular instead. They took it back and changed it to a larger bowl but I never saw them cook for more before serving it back to me. Did I just get scammed?

Extremely disappointing meal. We wanted to come for a fun lunch with the children, but the conveyor belt was almost entirely empty and the service was glacially slow. We gave up in the end after a few average plates and went to a different restaurant.
I feel bad giving the staff a poor review, but they couldn’t have cared less if they tried. I’m not expecting American levels of enthusiasm, but we were barely even acknowledged.
I haven’t been to a Yo!Sushi in a few years, but if this is the norm, then I won’t be returning.
