Excellent service, used them on multiple occasions, even with delayed flights they were still there, had no issues at all, highly recommend!

Booked a taxi and received confirmation via text. Taxi never show up. Tried to call two times, 20 minutes before my booking to check they had it and then also at the time of my booking. Phone was either disconnected after a registered message or nobody picked up. Either way, terrible. Do not reccomend I'm afraid there are better competitors and do not live up to their fancy name.

So impressed with advanced communication and courteous drivers. Highly recommend!

Professional, friendly and reliable. I used Royal Cars to ferry a pro cricket team to and from Canterbury town centre to Kent CCC. It was all a very smooth process from booking, confirming, communications and liaising with the drivers. If I needed to change the time or add journey's on it was never a problem. I used a few companies at the start of our stay but Royal Cars were by far the most reliable and the easiest to work with. The app and being able to track the drivers and know who will be picking you up is very useful. The cars were all a nice spec with great boot space for luggage. Definitely recommend.
