Great value & a good performing, clean vehicle. Of particular note was the great friendly service. Stef went out of his way to advise us and when we had a train cancelled after dropping the car off, even offered to drive us to Redditch. You wouldn't get that with one of the big car rental companies!! Would definitely use them again.
Avoid this company. I had to pay £1000 for damage to a van that was £200 maximum. This excess value is written into their van hire policy which is unreasonable and a way of ripping people off. …
Fantastic service from ESD, right van, right price, right time. Job done! Excellent handover from the really helpful branch manager Rob and easy key drop off. All in all a great experience from a local company!
