I really enjoyed the Menopause monthly yoga class with Rosie. I especially enjoyed the yoga nidra at the end of the session. I left feeling very calm and grounded. It was a lovely opportunity to meet other women going through the menopause and it was great to chat over a cup of tea at the end. The cacao bliss balls were delicious!
Rosie was very professional and made the whole experience fun but super relaxing. Everyone in the group commented on how great they felt afterwards and loved the aromatherapy head massage at the end too. I’d highly recommend Rosie to anyone looking for a yoga hen. We had such a great time!
Rosie really made our hen do special, she was professional, kind, flexible and super personable. I’d highly recommend her to anyone that wants a fun & unique yoga session, whether it be for a hen do or anything else!
