ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS! Bought a Land Rover Freelander (supposedly a 4x4) from them and what a mistake! The day I bought the car, the dealer was my best friend, “any problems at all come back and we will sort it straight away”. Day two, I take the car into my friends garage to be checked out, it came back with loads of fault codes, the car also seemed to be wheel spinning a lot, which a 4x4 shouldn’t be doing. I took the car back to the dealer and showed him a screen shot of the fault codes and explained about the wheels spinning, he just laughed and told me I’ve bought the wrong car, he booked it in to be fixed, but made sure it was right at the end of my 30 day hand back period. I reported this to the finance company and said I want to reject the vehicle. They sent out an independent mechanic to look at the car, he confirmed the problems my friend found. After months of using the car waiting for a resolution from the finance company, I’m noticing more and more problems and sounds. Now the car is at the dealer, who is supposed to be fixing it! I called the Land Rover specialist who they used to diagnose the vehicle and was told that THEY HAVE REMOVED THE PROP SHAFT TO HIDE MORE SERIOUS ISSUES WITH THE TRANSFER BOX, THE TRANSFER BOX HAD 10mm OF PLAY AND WAS DANGEROUS.. NOT ONLY IS THE 4x4 THAT I BOUGHT NOW A 2 WHEEL DRIVE BECAUSE OF THE PROP SHAFT REMOVAL, THEY’VE ALSO TRIED TO HIDE MAJOR ISSUES BY REMOVING IT. I CALLED THE DEALER (WHO DIDNT KNOW ID CALLED THE SPECIALIST) AND THEY ONLY TOLD ME THEY WERE FIXING THE TRANSFER BOX, NO MENTION OF PROP SHAFT. I DONT WANT THE CAR BACK AND THEY WONT ACCEPT A REJECTION. MOTOR OMBUDSMAN NEXT !!!

I bought a car from Chester Car Supermarket. I asked if the car was fit for purpose as I’d had problems with other dealers in the past. They assured me that the car had been through a full service and had had a 20 point check. After purchasing the car, within a week the car was faulty! I have since been told that they buy cars cheap from auction and sell them on as quickly as possible. When I reported to them about the problems, they didn’t want to know. I’m a single mother who just needed a cheap get around and now I’m struggling with no car and have no money. Don’t buy off these cowboys!

Bought a Kia with these guys 3 years ago- I know bit long in the tooth for a review but good to get a further out perspective and it's still going strong. Decent, knowledgeable service- met our needs. Decent price for a great car

Excellent place to buy your first car. Jeff was really laid back and not pushy, allowed us time to look around / test drive the car and then explained everything I needed to know when we got back. Went back today to complete the sale and it was a very smooth transaction. Drive home was great! Thanks so much for your help ☺️
