I am very happy to be employed by one of the Dublcheck franchisees. Before they let me clean anywhere I was thoroughly trained in COSHH+ and received risk management training as well. They really care for their clients and employees.

Alison Thomson The Spinney Bell Meadow day Nursery 6/10/2017 We have had Dublecheck as our cleaner for the past 2 years. During that time we have had a continual change of cleaners very few having been satisfactory let alone 'good'. We repeatedly made complaints which were never fully dealt with. When the last cleaner resigned Dublecheck said they had no one to take her place and we were left without a cleaner! When i informed the Head Office that we were unhappy with the service a 'manager' said he would look into it and call me back. Then never did! Today I telephone and cancelled the contract and got no words of apology or disappointment. In my opinion this is no way to run a business!

I have been a Franchisee, along with my Partner, Annie, for almost 7 years. In that time we have grown our business from a turnover of £36,000 to around £250, 000 a year. We operate in South West and in South Wales and now have around 70 different contracts. It is a fun life dealing with many different types of business from steam railways to doctors' surgeries and from reclamation yards to accountants' offices. We aim to give evryone the best possible cleaning service and enjoy the challenge of accommodating their very different cleaning needs. All this with great help and support from the franchisor who has yet to let us down.

Oh dear. Company cold called me offering a cleaning quote which is fine. Lady was very polite. Until I informed her that I would not be interested in a quote as I have had a bad experience with another cleaning company at which point she put the phone down. It might be good business practice to end the call professionally and politely as if I did decide to try another company it certainly would not be this one. This lady has given me the impression they would only be polite to get you on board then not care about the service they were providing. Some training in customer care and a thought for how she would like to be treated as a customer are needed here. Not a company I would ever consider trying after this experience.

Hoz provides us with a great service. He always checks in to ensure we are being given the best service by the cleaners provided. I have been using his cleaning services for over 4 years and have never thought of looking for an alternative company. Very professional and approachable.
