Great customer service, I rang ryman stationery chester to see if they could help us with printing our wedding invitations I spoken to Georgia who was very helpful and said this is something she could help us with. Georgia went above and beyond for us, printing and cutting our invites out. They turned out perfectly and looked so professional. Great service and very friendly, will definitely be going back

Went in to look for silver card, which Rymans had and on offer! Also an excellent promotion on jigsaw puzzles buy one get one free and the quality is perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful really lovely shop with excellent items, highly recommended

Staff are very rude, I tried to send money through western union but rejected because my cousin who was with me at the time handed over the money to me. He had a man bag to keep the money safe hence why he had it. Anyway I did say the money is mine but they the person called me a liar which is unacceptable and rather insulting. Roman please teach your employees basic customer service
