I visit Serenity fairly regularly for brow tinting/waxing and lash tinting. All the staff are friendly and easy to chat to. And more importantly they always make a great job.

Phoned to try and reschedule eyebrow appointment. I have done this with no problem in the past. Told in a subdued manner that I would be charged. I wasn’t cancelling just trying to reschedule. Disappointing as I have been going for a long time and service has been good. Unfortunate.
