The sales team at the Chorley branch have been superb, from the initial validation, to agreeing an offer in just two weeks. Our main negotiator was Abbie whose efforts, particularly on a Saturday when negotiation involved several parties, were exceptional. Another colleague Nicola, has also been involved and has also been thoroughly professional and helpful throughout. I can heartily recommend. Keenan’s have been absolutely great throughout the whole process of getting our house up for sale - when they came out to value our house, Chris was brilliant and really put our minds at ease as we were still very hesitant about selling. They were extremely patient as we didn’t want to sell straight away but as soon as we were ready they went above & beyond our expectations and have made the whole process feel a lot less stressful than it could have been! We would highly recommend them to anyone. We’re currently still in the process of the sale but Chris, Sophie, Amii, Pauline & Kieran (and anyone else we’ve spoken to!) have all been fantastic so far.

Since putting our house on the rental market with Keenans we have had so many different members of staff to deal with our predicament and just been informed that we now have another one. The communication has been very difficult and frustrating with the situation we are in now with bad tenants. Hope this situation improves.
