Purchased bed on 21/04/2023 from T J Home Comforts excellent service no pressuring you into making a purchase answered all questions politely did not matter how many time I called in and asked more , once purchased and agreed delivery date and time the item was delivered and taken up to room and put together, did pay a little bit extra for the bed to be put together glad I did as the bed was heavy and needed two Peopleton do this, when needing other items will definitely be looking in T J Home Comforts again, Great company to shop with.plenty of choice in home furnishings.

This shop is what Chorley had been crying out for. A great range of beds, sofas, dining sets, mirrors and wall arts. Toms knowledge is amazing and friendly and polite and no pushy sales....Thank you for all your help and assistance in making my purchases.

What a great find and a welcome addition to Chorley. Go and have a look in this store. Been looking for a sofa without much success as didn't want to wait 3 months for delivery! Went in to TJ Home Comforts to look for a sofa throw and ended up buying a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa. Exactly what I was looking for. So pleased. Really surprised at the range of sofa styles and the range of colours, patterns, sizes, etc that are available to order. There are so many other beautiful items of furniture, lighting, mirrors etc etc in the store. Great prices too. Tom was so incredibly kind and helpful. I wanted my sofa's quickly and I got them both within 10 days. Just amazing service and great quality. Tom delivered them, and on the date and time arranged. Can't fault it. I've been back in today and ordered a matching footstool. I asked for some additional details to be added to it to match the sofa's and Tom was only happy to help. I wish you every success Tom because your customer service is amazing. No pressure sales, friendly, positive attitude, helpful and genuine. Much appreciated Tom.
