I have no hesitation in recommending Fletchers. After an incident where I was knocked from my bike I used the Cycling Uk helpline and fletchers were excellent. They listened to me and took an interest in my circumstances. They represented my interests and gave me good advice. Ultimately I received an award of compensation which was appropriate to my injuries. Thank you and well done to Fletchers.

Pure random encounter today where a young man helped me in moment of distress - restored my faith in humanity and after chatting heard what he is being put through but a total fabricate and false situation. I cant believe in 2023 companies can still behave in such ways even when they know the truth. Most of you won't care but to those who harbour honesty, respect and kindness highly NEVER use this firm - for them it allegedly seems they only care about their cut of payouts.

Having been with them over 6 years, yes that long, and being bounced about, ignored etc, I have decided to post. They prioritise their payout over your and if, as a client you have to repeatedly chase them its not great and still incapable of being honest and doing their job. If I were you swerve this company if you want good service! I have 3 solicitors in last 4 months and none of them have been able to effectively do their job, one hasn't even had courtesy to call, one email and not even good grace to respond to emails I have sent.This company has added to my trauma and pain. I have been completely dehumanised by the experience. The very people who are supposed to help me have broken me more.
