I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. As a policyholder, I am disappointed to learn that your company has made a false statements and accepted liability on our behalf without any communication or explanation. My wife, was involved in an accident on 4th August 2020 and our current insurance company has advised us that she is to be blamed for the incident. Although we have declared that she was involved in an accident, we were shocked to see that we were to blame for the accident on the national data base. How on earth we were to be blamed if she was driving in the roundabout and third party failed to stop at the give way and drove straight into our rear quarter panel??? Despite repeated attempts to communicate with your company, we have received no response or clarification regarding this issue. This is unacceptable considering the hundreds of pounds we have paid in premiums for insurances without knowing we were scammed by your company. Furthermore, throughout the claims process, I have observed a significant level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service from your company. This has made me regret my decision to choose your company to act on our behalf as we believed that we were in safe hands to manage our claim and defend us against false statements from third parties. Moreover, I would like to highlight that you have paid us for the personal injury claims which were paid without prejudice. As per my understanding, the without prejudice (WP) rule means that statements made in a genuine attempt to settle a dispute cannot be used in court as evidence of admissions against the party that made them. Therefore, I am surprised that your company has made such a decision without reading our statement. In light of these issues, I kindly request that you explain how you arrived at this conclusion and clarify the process that led to such a a decision. Once I hear from you, I will provide you with the case details. I look forward to hearing from you!

The first time i have ever stated a claim for an injury i sustained that wasn't my fault and truth be told i hope its the last but PR Scully are definitely the one to come to if you are in a similar situation, Jacqui and her team did an amazing job to get me justice for an injury i suffered late 2020 i would highly recommend this firm, they only ask for 20% of your settlement also, everyone else wil take 25%
