Good for the residents, well looked after and cares for.
It's a very nice care home 🏡
Giving it a one is being generous. What a shambles this place is. The way they treat care staff is horrible. the way some carers treat residents is appalling and when a complaint is raised nothing gets done. The place needs shutting down. I feel so sorry for the residents and that’s the only reason I stayed for so long. If anyone wants any further information on buckshaw just look up on Google or ask around, I’m sure plenty of people now no the score with the place anyway. The place needs shutting down immediately if they don’t get rid of management because that’s the reason it’s failing.
