Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I booked in for an appointment on the 9th of June at 4.30 only to arrive and be told they had forgotten to write my appointment in the diary and had given my slot away to someone else! The lady on reception didn’t even apologise or offer to make it right by offering another appointment! Very unprofessional and will never return
