We have just booked yet another holiday at the Tui shop in Chorley. We have been booking holidays at this shop for over 15 years, mostly with Kirsteen, who we find very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Kirsteen goes out of her way to help and provide excellent advice on all types of holidays. Chorley Tui shop provides a relaxed atmosphere and being welcomed by the friendly staff make it a very worthwhile experience.

I have just booked a holiday to Orlando with the lovely kirsteen. She was very nice to talk to and efficient. Got a great price as well. Thank you 😊

So on Monday I phoned up to to see about booking a short stay in London. The person I spoke to said they would look in to & get back to me. I received a phone call saying that the website they used was down (this was 5pm). I was then told they would call back first thing in the morning Tuesday. Still waiting... I see that there are some good reviews on here but for me I won't be booking any short breaks or holidays with this Tui store. Subsequently I booked it all on line.
