We got married on 20th May 2023 and we absolutely LOVED our room decor and all the bits in between. We had soo many compliments on the day/night. Donna and her team are amazing, they helped us every step of the way right from start to finish. They held a couple of open days too at the wedding venue in which we attended and even then they was very helpful. I decided to change/add things last minute and nothing was too much trouble. Donna was fab throughout the whole planning element. The team incorporated my own flowers on the day and it looked lovely. Highly recommend them as they have loads of things available and they understand what you are wanting to create.

We got married on the 28th May 2023. Donna and the team made our venue absolutely magical. (I actually nearly cried when I saw how beautiful it was) We really couldn’t have been happier. What can I say I messaged Pure Elegance after I had a very unprofessional experience with another company I will not mention names, Donna and her team really made my dreams come true, she helped me pick my wedding flowers and listened to me stress about wedding stuff for weeks on ends. Donna and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. I would message and ask for something or just to talk and she would be there too help me with anything. I feel like I've made a great friend in Donna and I hope to say in touch with her. Her team are amazing and the quality of her decor is outstanding!!. What a gem. We are so glad we used Pure Elegance and had a great experience from start to finish. Time spent chatting to Donna was so helpful, we talked about our desires for how we wanted our room to look and received great advice and ideas where necessary, she also answered lots of other random wedding day questions like order of the day and top table traditions etc. Donna and her team delivered our autumnal romantic vision just perfectly.
