I have used E&C Solicitors for a number of years for my property transactions. The principal, Victor, always provides very personal and excellent service. I have also recently dealt with Charles Kelly and I am happy with the service provided. I highly recommend E&C Solicitors.

Overall a positive experience. Definitely a service we highly recommend. Special mention goes to Charles Kelly, who was our primary contact. He did a good job, of clarifying any concerns, and attending to any enquiries. Having a clear - nominated contact person who was 100% responsible and accountable, from start to finish, was excellent. We also had the opportunity of two meetings with the principal Victor. So this is NOT a light touch operation, you get the attention of significant personnel, should the need arise. Highlights. Excellent communication, once you understand the protocol. In our case almost all communication, was via email, both ways. So ensure you always check your email spam folder, just in case, to avoid any delay on your part. Typically responses to queries will be provided the next day, so once one understands this, it is no longer a concern. At no time did we feel the need to contact E&C, via a voice call. Documentation and timely provision of ALL documentation to E&C Solicitors, when requested, from you the client, is really important. We strongly suggest you, the client, therefore have some electronic filing system, that allows you store all documents sent in either direction, and ALL email communication, so you can keep track of everything. Yes there is quite a bit of documentation involved. Scan, copy, keep track of everything properly and as a client, you will be fine. We discovered that certain things can be accelerated by a visit to their office in Dartford, Greater London, to drop off the required documents, witness our signing of documents or witness documents, rather than have it done by some other solicitor/notary Public, or having to post them. This option typical will apply to those who live within travel distance. But postal delivery was also ok, just that you lose a day or two, unavoidably, cos rightfully E&C Solicitors will only proceed when documentation is completed. No significant variations, between what was quoted as anticipated costs at the start, and what was presented as the final costs. In a marketplace where it is difficult to decide which Conveyance Solicitors to engage, cos there are so many, we can recommend E&C Solicitors, as a proper High Street firm, which is not a budget basement service provider, yet also not the most expensive High street conveyance solicitor. We are satisfied customers. Definitely yes.
