Fantastic service. I needed a bearing kit for my washing machine the kit ordered came in wrong as there are several types and mine is no longer available. They were so helpful and made up a complete kit as I took my old ones with me. The kit works perfectly they even gave me some sealant and seal lab. Proper service Thank you..

Used Automatica several times. I trust this company as much as my Mum 😁 Fantastic customer sevice and you are made to feel like your the special one. You feel like you've gone back in time where the customer is first priority and your custom is valued. 11/10 stars

Required a new washing machine lock. They were very helpful identifying the part, confirmed that they had stock of it and I was able to collect within half an hour. Top service and would highly recommend.

Called out Automatica to look at washing machine issue and agreed date/ time to a different address. No one turned up so called and it was like they had forgotten and came out at the last minute. After attending I have had absolutely no communication from Automatica regards their findings and potential solutions and that was over 2 months ago now. Yet now I've been chased to settle an invoice for the call out charge repeatedly despite no real service having been provided. Conning people out of their hard earned cash - won't be using them again and do not recommend to anyone!
