Steve (Dartford Branch) and his Dartford Branch Team were amazing. My property was up for sale from November 2022 and promised to be sold by January 2023, with a local highly advertised company. The property remained unsold at the end of May 23. I accepted an offer after 10 days with advertising with Robinson Jackson (Dartford) on the market, and completed 2 months later. Thank you to Steve and all at the Dartford Branch. The completion team were unhelpful (I have to be honest), for the fee received. I had promised return calls and updates that never happened, emails ignored and the main point of call go on leave for 10 days with no notice, but I do understand everyone deserves a break (however other colleagues ignored my emails and calls). I updated my solicitor regularly as there was very little progress report from the completion team (Ebbsfleet). However, between myself, Steve, the Dartford Branch and my solicitor! We did it in 2 months. Thank you so much Steve and your team, I wished I could give you 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

We recently sold our house through the Dartford branch. They offered excellent service. The manager Ben was really down earth and easy to talk to. All of the guys especially Alfie were really good. Alfie sold our house and was always available to talk to and kept us up to date. They were very professional and it went so smoothly. They really all worked as a team. We also dealt with Carol C who progressed the sale and she was brilliant too. She kept us informed and was very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend the Dartford branch as they totally delivered what they promised.

George, Charlie and Sharon worked so hard to get my new house completed as quickly as possible going the extra mile. With my sols not being very responsive, these guys must have sent about 20-30 emails. Grateful to the team
