Dunelm

Great shop with lovely cafe, but the queues are always horrendous. Never enough checkouts open, and the queue regularly goes back up the shop.

Returned a faulty item yesterday and we couldn't of been greeted by better customer service than we did from Lynn. She greeted us with a smile and warm hello then was very understanding about the faulty item and gave us our refund. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

First time visit for. Amazing selection of items for the home. The only negative for me is the car park. Very haphazard feeling. Probably because it is quite small and a lot of people trying to use it.

My wife and I found DUNELM a very good store for quality household interior goods - products - reasonable prices at most. This Dunelm store at Dartford, off the B2174 Princes Road, Heath Retail Park, and has a car park (disabled parking spaces conveniently next to the main store entrance...also access for disabled), and a bus stop ( HEATH RETAIL.PARK) route DART No.1 nearby. There are two floors (ground & 1st floor) with an elevator in place. Overall, a very clean ( toilets / disabled too on the first floor) hygenic, modern, bright, store with a number of walkways and isles to view the shelves. The products I personally rate very good to excellent with a variety of choice. The service from staff was very friendly and helpful, 👏.....in fact excellent judging by our own experiences. My wife bought some curtain rails and fittings, some we had to replace ...no problem! You can also relax in a fine open plan cafe (1st floor) for coffee- tea or cake. DUNELM certainly worth a visit for interior household furntiture, furnishings, curtains and rails ( fittings), lights and lampshades in particular ; also a range of bedsheets, covers, cushions, chairs etc..we bought two lampshades at reduced bargain prices. We have made several several.visits here before. Latest visit on Monday 5/6/23. We will return....well done DUNELM! Regards Chris.👍
