After being with this broker for 2 years, Tasker’s wonderful changed management left us uninsured for 3 months without any notification, by selling us a paper with random numbers claiming it to be a renewal from AVIVA for next year and charging commission on it. On enquiry about our cover, they seemed to have no information and on top, Tasker’s ignorance and misleading started and continued for 3 days. Junior staff introduced herself as MD and MD was un-reachable by phone and emails in Kent, Manchester offices and to finish the drama at last found in London meeting saying, she was unable to help and to find an alternative. Client’s loss of business or stationary/ uninsured multi-vehicles is the last thing, Tasker Insurance Brokers care about. If you are looking for not a loyal service, this is the contact unfortunately.
