Visited Dartford branch on Saturday 2 September 2023. I was really not sure what to expect as this was my first time in a pawnbrokers and have to say that both Sam and Samuel made me very welcome. Sam explained the whole sales process from start to finish and was very professional and friendly and gave me what we're very fair prices for several items. Once we completed security and testing checks money was paid by bank transfer very quickly. I would be very happy to return. Great service without any pressure or chipping.
