I highly recommend threshold Mortgages, from the very start Dean Murray and Melanie Lovell where with us through out the process, though it was a bit stressful at some point, Dean and Melanie continued to offer us professional advise and where always ready to assist us. Excellent customer service. We were always informed about the whole processes. Very efficient communication form Dean and Melanie. They were always ready to assist and help at each step of the process. We were giving feedback for each process and excellent advise . Dean Murray and Melanie Lovell have been of great help to us through out the process. we can not thank you enough, you are a great asset to Threshold mortgages.

Amazing! Would highly recommend & very efficient (in particular Iain Mcintosh). 10/10 service. Only slight improvement point would be that it would be great if the admin team (not Iain) checked documents they have on file before emailing me, as this can be quite tedious when busy. Thank you very much for your assistance and advice.
