We have used other groom rooms and this one is the best by far. Poodles love it and cut is consistent every time.

Avoid! My dog went in and came out looking and smelling exactly the same. He didn't need a trim but his ears wernt cleaned and his claws barely touched. I won't be taking him back. I went back and asked if they had cleaned his ears as you could clearly see they were dirty. She quickly ran a wipe on his ears. Not worth the money or time. Don't waste yours here either.

Absolutely fuming after my experience today. I have been bringing my dogs to this establishment for around 4 years now, once the groom has been completed I would receive a phone call letting me know it’s all done and to come pick him up. On this occasion I told them prior to the groom that it was my dogs last or second to last groom as he is about to pass within the next few months. I was told my dog would be done in an hour, as usual I requested if they could give me a call when he's nearly done and even informed them it will take 15 to 20 minutes for us to arrive once we know he's done. At 3.30pm we received a phone call to let us know he's been done since 3pm. We hurried and arrived there 3.45pm (15 minutes after the phone call). On arrival the brunette 5ft 5 ish manager/supervisor with a full fringe, told us that we are "very late". (She didn't have her name tag on display so I do not know her name). I explained to her that my dog has been using this place for a while and we've always received a phone call. She insisted that they needed to charge £5 for us being 45 minutes late. I told her that I had requested the staff at check in that it will take us 15 to 20 minutes to come back from our house as we live in Bexleyheath. She just kept telling us "it's the policy, it's the policy". When I was trying to explain to her that its never happened before and I've been coming a number of years and we always get a phone call, she started making awkward / confused faces like she was straining or someone has slapped her. She also belittled me, by pointing to her ears and said "you need to listen to what you're told at the reception when dropping your dog off". Perhaps implying that I'm not able to understand them, she was speaking quite slow and being patronising. I asked why is she making faces like that, it's not like someone has slapped you. She was very rude and awkward. I've never experienced anything like this with this branch before but I'm absolutely disgusted that they treat regular customers like this. And to top of all off, we paid extra for a spa treatment and was promised a bandana. We didn't even get one of those! So they charged me extra for being late, upsold one of their packages and failed to provide me with what they promised. I will never be going back.
