Lovely experience with ladyr. I booked them to take me to my wedding venue. The car turned up in plenty of time. Driver was very friendly and got some lovely photos too. The personalised ribbon was an extra touch which so many people complimented and we absolutely loved it. The car was immaculate and in pristine condition. So glad I used this company. Highly recommend!!

I used Ladyr wedding & chauffeur services for my daughters wedding. There was great communication with Chrissy and Terry via phone and email and they were very professional and accommodating. The driver of the Rolls Royce could have been a little more sympathetic towards the nature of the day in terms of his time management and his customer care. The driver of the Mercedes was very professional, but got a little lost near the venue and I needed to show him the way, maybe training in learning the route beforehand would be beneficial. We were satisfied with the service, the cars were clean and looked great with flowers and ribbons - they really matched the wedding theme nicely! I would recommend the company, because overall they did a terrific job!!

Terry and Krissy provide an absolutely fantastic service. Every interaction was easy and pleasant and even when there was a problem with the car that we originally booked just before our wedding day, we were offered a significant upgrade and they ensured that we didn't feel any stress. The cars are beautiful, comfortable and really made our day special. I would not hesitate to recommend Lady R - they'll never let you down!
